Watch, not proven yet checked 2026-10-08
Use an AI clipping tool to turn a famous creator's long video into short clips and get paid per 1,000 views through a creator-run marketplace such as MrBeast's Vyro.
At a glance
| Time each day | 40 minutes a day |
|---|---|
| Set-up, once | about 3 hours |
| Cost to start | USD 0, then about USD 16 a month |
| First dollar, if it works | 2 to 8 weeks |
| Who does the work | About 80% of the work can be done by an AI helper; the rest is you |
| Fits people looking for | extra income on the side, learning a skill that pays, a creative outlet |
What you are selling
Views on clips that match a creator's or brand's brief, paid per 1,000 views by the marketplace.
What the evidence says about money
Reported campaign rate is about $3 per 1,000 views on at least one Vyro campaign, but we found only secondary press and tool-vendor pages, no Vyro rules page, no minimum payout, no fraud rules and no income data. We could not confirm the platform's current terms, so it stays on watch. No reliable income data exists for beginners.
How sure are we: Backed by a secondary source such as press or a review site.
What only you can do, once
- Create or verify your own TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts
- Register on the marketplace yourself and read its current terms (we could not read them)
- Set up the payout method (reported options: bank, PayPal, crypto wallet)

The rules where it happens
- Vyro: You do it by hand inside the platform. Not read from the source. Secondary reports: $3 per 1,000 views counted across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts combined; zero followers required; hourly payouts to bank, PayPal or crypto. Terms, fees, minimum payout and fraud rules unverified. Source
- TikTok: You press publish yourself. Content Posting API public posting needs an audited client, and a tool uploading to accounts you manage is listed as not acceptable. Bulk or unauthorized-automation accounts are banned. Source
- Instagram Reels: Can go out through the platform's official connection after you approve it. Professional accounts only; 100 API-published posts per 24 hours. Source
- YouTube Shorts: Can go out through the platform's official connection after you approve it. Unverified API projects are locked to private uploads. Reused-content policy applies even with permission. Source
- OpusClip (AI clipping tool): You do it by hand inside the platform. Pricing page: Free $0 with 60 credits a month, watermark, 1080p cap, no social posting listed; Starter $15 a month with 150 credits and auto-posting to Shorts, TikTok and Reels; Pro $29 a month (or $14.50 billed yearly) with 300 credits and scheduler. Posting through any tool still has to follow each platform's automation rules. Source
The hard part: where people quit
The moment: The first weeks with small views. Why: Pay is per 1,000 views, so early clips earn cents. What helps: Judge the second month, not the first week. Tools are free to try before you pay.
When to stop
Do not start paying for tools until the marketplace's terms are read and a first payout has arrived. If 6 weeks of free-tier clipping produce no payout, stop.
What can go wrong
- Platform terms, fraud rules and payout minimums were not verifiable from primary pages
- Platform could change rates or shut down campaigns quickly; Vyro launched only in October 2025
- AI-cut clips in bulk can look like mass-produced or reused content to YouTube and TikTok
- Paid AI tools above the free tier cost 15 to 29 USD a month and there is no evidence they raise earnings
- Same copyright and ban risks as other clipping paths
Age, region and other limits
Minimum age 18. Vyro eligibility and country limits were not stated on pages read. Assume 18+ until the platform's terms are read.
